Anicet Ebou was born in Cote d’Ivoire, where he has been graduated in crop protection engineering with a major in bioinformatics from Institut National Polytechnique Felix Houphouet-Boigny in 2017. His Engineer thesis was on functional annotation of putative toxins from spiders’ venom gland transcriptome. After obtaining his engineer degree he was recruited by Seedstars as an IT consultant where he was in charge of helping startup and companies to develop a digital image. He then received in 2019 from the United States Agency for International Development, a grant to works develop its demonstrated knowledge in leadership and entrepreneurship. After that, he was promoted as Bioinformatician engineer at the Institut de Recherche pour le Developpement France. In October 2019, he began its Ph.D. studies in Bioinformatics with Dr. Koua Dominique, Dr. Sébastien Dutertres, and Prof Adolphe Zeze.
